What you will do
As a Graduate at the Kaukas Pulp Mill, you will focus on development projects that improve the mill’s reliability, problem-solving, and efficiency in our pulp operations. As a Graduate, you will play a key role in shaping efficient and innovative operations.
Your main duties will be:
Design and automate processes that ensure smooth, cost-competitive operations and drive continuous improvement
Provide hands-on technical support across planning, production, and delivery, while influence and guide others with your expertise
Solve real-world challenges on the shop floor by troubleshoot equipment, materials, and process issues - and introducing creative solutions
Lead diverse projects where you will recommend and implement new approaches to boost productivity and reduce costs

Who you are
You have a relevant master’s degree (e.g., Energy Technology, Bioproduct Technology)
You have a strong interest in the pulp or energy industry
You have an active approach, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing situations
You are able to analyze data, identify issues, and develop solutions
You are fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish
