You will receive an extensive Onboarding with support from our Learning & Development Team, which is why you do not need previous experience in Recruitment.

What will you do?
- Have the opportunity to build your own niche market, becoming a recruitment expert in the sector.
- Work independently being the main point of contact for clients and candidates.
- Support clients by recruiting candidates and filling in their vacancies asap.
- Negotiate deals for clients and interviewees.
- Build relationships with managers and qualify appropriate candidates for their vacancies.
What do you bring?
- You have gained some experience in Business Development or Sales.
- You easy to connect with and an open communicator.
- You are eager to build and care for relationships.
- You are a motivated, ambitious and results-driven team player.
- You have excellent conversational spoken and written skills in Dutch and English (Swedish, French and/or German are a plus)
