The Data Minds Career Program is a 20-month international journey designed to fast-track recent graduates into exciting careers within Stibo Systems. Through three rotations (including one abroad), you’ll gain hands-on experience, a global mindset, and a powerful professional network.
You’ll join with other graduates, be assigned a mentor and buddy (a former graduate!), and follow a development path focused on both personal and professional growth. From day one, you’ll be solving real business challenges and shaping the future of data management.
Track: Build
This track is for graduates passionate about software development, quality assurance and product management. If you're someone who enjoys turning complex problems into code, ensuring software excellence, or building user-centered product strategies — this one’s for you.
During your three rotations, you’ll explore the following areas::
Rotation 1: Fullstack Developer – Aarhus, Denmark
Design and develop both front-end and back-end web applications. You’ll build intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while mastering server-side logic, databases, and APIs with languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, and Rust.
Rotation 2: QA Engineer – Aarhus, Denmark
Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through structured testing and validation. Learn to create test plans, run tests, and report bugs that help deliver seamless experiences to end users.
Rotation 3: Product Manager – Atlanta, U.S.
Work closely with customers, handle enhancement requests, and learn how strategic product decisions are made. You’ll see how real customer feedback directly shapes product development and drives innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's or master's degree in software development, Computer Science, or related field
Interest in product management and customer-driven product strategy
Skills or knowledge in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Python, Java, Go, Rust)
Strong understanding of web development principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, growth-oriented attitude and passion for delivering high-quality products
