Job DescriptionKey Activities:
Sales Support Keeping track of the invoices and orders:
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Payments follow up.
- Liaise with John Crane-Bangalore
- Travel required but not frequently.
- MIS reports and monthly forecast in C4C.
- Payment recovery, close review of outstanding statement
- Submission of write off forms, review of late delivery.
Office Administrative:
- Vendor registrations
- Settling Bills related to regular office maintenance.
- Sales Support
- Keeping track of the invoices and orders

Qualifications
- B.E graduate
- The proficiency / expertise in SAP modules & Excel is must.
- Self-Starter, Team – Player with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Must be a candidate from surrounding area with fluency in local language.
- Support safe workplace cultures and compliance with Smiths EH&S
