12-month Fixed Term Contract
The EMEA Sales Support team at Russell Investments supports sales efforts across multiple client segments (Institutional & Wealth), products and solutions (Customized Portfolio Solutions, e.g. Outsourced Trading and Transition Management, Fiduciary Management/OCIO, and Private Markets.As a graduate analyst, you will support the EMEA Sales Teams at every stage of the sales process, working closely with Sales associates and other internal stakeholders. Examples of key responsibilities are supporting prospect interaction, preparation of background information ahead of meetings, compiling and updating sales collateral, leveraging sales enablement tools etc.This role is well suited to someone who is organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a genuine interest in the commercial side of the business.This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to start in July 2026.What you will doResponsibilities will vary depending on team priorities, but will typically include:- Supporting the EMEA Sales teams with recurring activities such as maintaining and updating sales collateral and materials
- Preparing background research and briefing materials ahead of client and prospect meetings
- Partnering with internal teams (investment, marketing, compliance, operations) to support sales requests and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of sales content ensuring appropriate compliance approvals
- Conducting research, including gathering data on prospects and organisations
- Collaborating with Marketing to help prioritise and track leads generated through campaigns and events
- Supporting the use and optimisation of sales enablement tools, including CRM systems, Seismic, and data platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
- Contributing to RFI/RFP processes, including supporting data gathering and fee calculations
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and tools to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the sales function
- Building knowledge of the asset management industry, sales processes, and client segments across EMEA
- Undergraduate degree (Finance, Economics, Business Management, Communications, Marketing or related)
- Strong interest in asset management, financial markets, and sales or client-facing functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Dutch and/ or French preferred.
