You will have the opportunity to work alongside Mercer’s leading consultants to solve complex problems including setting strategic asset allocation, balancing the trade-off between risk and return, understanding the performance of different asset classes and investing in a time of climate change. Our role is helping to bring clarity to clients in an investment world that is ever evolving and increasingly complex.

  

About the role

As an Investment Graduate Analyst you will provide valuable support to our senior consultants, working across professional practice areas in a variety of teams and client segments, giving you the opportunity to create your own career pathway based on interests and skills, supported by a buddy and your people manager.

This role requires a unique blend of capabilities, including client-facing consulting, research and analysis, quantitative modelling, report writing and importantly a curious mind asking ‘why?’ and ‘how can this be even better?’ to deliver the best outcome for our clients.
