We seek ambitious and driven Cyber Security Graduates to join our growing IT and OT cyber security organisation. Our team supports national and international corporate customers with cyber security strategy development, provides cyber security governance, risk and compliance services, security assessments, technical organisation and advisory services to increase resilience to cyber-attacks. You will be working on exciting projects for customers in key industries including maritime, oil and gas, power production, renewables, utilities, public services, etc.
 
You will get the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced specialists within industrial cyber security, quickly develop competence and experience enabling fast career progression. We will invest in you by offering in-depth training and the chance to participate in industry-leading courses and projects.
You will be based at one of DNV’s premises in Norway, preferably at Høvik, but other locations can be considered for the right candidate. We offer attractive office locations and practice flexible home office solutions. 
What to expect as a consultant in DNV Cyber
As a consultant in DNV Cyber, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing organisation that supports customers across industries in strengthening their resilience to cyber threats. You will:

  • Support advisory services ranging from technical assessments to strategic consulting, helping clients assess and mitigate cyber risks.
  • Work across both Enterprise IT and Operational Technology environments, gaining broad exposure to different systems and challenges.
  • Collaborate with experienced specialists in areas such as penetration testing, cyber governance, and incident response.
  • Contribute to real-world solutions through project execution, proposal development, and continuous learning.
  • Engage directly with customers and internal experts, building your competence and confidence in a supportive environment.
  • Participate in social activities and experience DNV’s strong company culture. 
  • Some travel may be required depending on project scope and client needs.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • BSc level or above in relevant areas such as cyber security, information security, computer science, telecom, or cybernetics.
  • Qualified to achieve Norwegian security clearance
  • Fluent oral and written Norwegian and English language skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills: precise, efficient, structured, and clear
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and develop good relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A good team player with a positive, constructive, solution-oriented “can-do” attitude who shares and collaborates effectively with others
  • The personal integrity to work with a trust-based brand like DNV Cyber
