- Reports into Production Department Process Owner

Work Schedule:
- Second Shift (2P - 10:30P) Monday - Friday, + $1.00 shift differential
- Ability to work all shifts as required by training needs
- Ability to work daily overtime as needed
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday overtime days as needed
Plant Overview:
- Over 300 employees
- Holland Plant has been around since 1897
- Products produced: sweet relish, Grey Poupon mustard, yellow mustard, vinegar, pickle variations, BBQ sauce
- Union Facility - Retail, Wholesale, and Department Store Union (RWDSU)
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Operate relish, sauce, and mustard making area without immediate supervision.
- Operate panel for each batch.
- Pre-weigh spice ingredients needed according to mustard recipe.
- Direct daily activities of relish, sauce, and mustard crews, general labor.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Oversee fresh cucumber receiving area during green season
- Fill in for any PC positions when employees are absent
- Perform minor mechanical work such as patching hose, cleaning Tempco as needed.
- Assemble and setup both of the kitchens and storage areas entirely. Assemble and teardown the Demoisys as a whole unit.
- Conduct inspections as necessary, report results including recommendations for corrective actions to supervisor.
- Perform periodic safety and GMP audits as needed.
- Verify correct recipe has been programmed on the HMI.
- Ability to obtain a forklift license
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
- This job required the candidate to read, write, and communicate in English
Qualifications:
- Upon hire will train to become Lock Out Tag Out certified and maintain qualification
- Must successfully pass on the job training and maintain operator qualification
