• Develop and establish learning initiatives for Global Quality team members that will enable them to excel in their roles.
• Partner with other subject matter experts to co-create Global Quality’s AI learning strategy.
• Review training data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using insights to improve learning efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and learning technologies to continuously improve training programs.

• Be part of a distributed team, collaborating across multiple time zones.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with GQWD and other leaders and team members located in different regions.

• Creativity and innovation mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Performance, or a related field.
• Proven experience using ISD models (such as ADDIE) to design, develop, and deploy performance-based learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in learning and development.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from training data.
• Proven experience in using an evaluation framework (such as Kirkpatrick) for measuring skill transfer and organizational impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Industry-recognized Instructional Design certification.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms.
• Design Thinking.
• Project Management.
