Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This position  work closely with the Internal team(Sales, Customer Services & Operation) & External team (Hub GPD, global Commercial,  subcontractor…) in order to develop / deploy new products, promote the business growth & profitability.

Operations:
• Receive new deployment & development requets from the Commercial (Sales / Customer Service, Hub GPD) & liaise with Hub GPD to set them up timely.
• Coordinate with relevant teams (Supply chain, operation, Sales/CS, sub-contractor…) to develop the business opportunity.
• Follow-up the entire process of the new deployment / development with end to end process.
• To be proactive / creative to provide solutions to the customers (through sales) for their needs of labels  or Brand information
• Promote business growth & profitability through taking proactive approach to the sales/ customer service/ and customers' requests.

Costing/Pricing: 
• Work out the product cost correctly, competitively & timely.
• Coordinate with Procurement to source new/alternative material & propose alternative production mode/contractor for best production cost. 
• Manage & maintain accurate price on the system.
• Take the ownership for all new setup to be the key contact for all internal & external requestors (Sales/CS, GPD Hubs…).
• Ensure timely delivery of quotation and proofs to sales and/or customers 
Product compliance:
• Manage the product test to ensure fully comply with the Brand’s requirement at development stage & bulk.
• Coordinate with Purchasing team/sub-cont…to ensure that the new material/substitution meet customer’s required standard before application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years technical and product knowledge experience needed.
• Good working organization. Detailed oriented and strong follow-up skills.
• Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues
• Solid knowledge of Industry, products and applications preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software.
• Good technical mindset
