Job Description
*NOTE: This role is location-agnostic!*
About the role:
  • Leads and develops GPD launch activation of TDPP / digital health and oversees product development and patient journey solutions.
  • Plans and activates TDPP for key products within GPD (incl. regions), ensuring strategic alignment with PHE and execution
  • Ownership of business outcomes, data strategy, product roadmap, associated change management while defining hand offs with GDDT and LOC NPP and Lx teams.
  • Ensure LOC needs are reflected in the Global forums while supporting LOCs ensuring priorities relate to TDPP
  • Engaging with HCPs, KOLs, patient organizations, payers, policy makers and industry leaders to ensure co-creation, integration and to influence digital health policies and practices that impact patient care and access to digital health solutions.
  • DDT approach to GPD diagnostic management with appropriate tech-based solution, metrics / measurement sets, and monitoring/tracking tools

How you will contribute:
  • Leads input into TDPP strategy (e.g. unmet needs, solution ideation, impact & feasibility assessment) (on behalf of x-functional teams ex China, US, JP), leads TDPP activation & Digital Health solution and digital diagnostic (Dx) development & deployment (e.g. EUCAN & GEM design/execution considerations to implementation roadmap, assembles / leads agile DHP delivery teams executing MVPs, LOC activation) & Go-to-market / Health Care System integration
  • Enables secondary use of digital health product generated data for HCP, HTA and payer decision making as well as evidence generation purposes
  • Ensures early & agile stakeholder engagement & co-creation (HCPs, POs, payers) across the Digital Health & TDPP life cycle from strategy, solution development to activation (across EUCAN & GEM)
  • Member of x-functional asset teams (NPP and MCE asset LE CC) representing digital health & digital diagnostic (Dx)
  • Works closely with NPP, PVA, EGM, Medical, PHE, MCE, GDT and other x-functional stakeholders and related local business & DD&T functions
  • Agile deployment based on capacity and capabilities to respective pipeline assets

Skills and qualifications
  • A strategic mindset, able to build on business priorities and co-create or expand digital and diagnostic healthcare solutions with a wide cross-functional team of colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Strong skill to build partnerships with HC ecosystem including industry partners, start-up communities, professional and patient organizations, the scientific community and suppliers
  • Competence to clearly communicate and foster alignment across all levels of the organization and ensure scale and internal adoption of digital and diagnostic healthcare solutions
  • In-depth understanding of the business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable business strategic imperatives
  • Working experience in relevant field
  • Min. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry / innovation strategy / innovation project / IT & Digital solutions
  • Medical/ consulting background is a plus
