- Estimated annual base pay: $62,000.00 (minimum) - $80,000.00 (midpoint) - $99,000.00 (maximum)
LEVEL II
- Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00 (minimum) - $93,000.00 (midpoint) - $115,000.00 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Management: In direct alignment with proposal manager for the prime contract, managing the solicitation activities for all associated subcontract managers.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Capable of identifying inefficiencies within sourcing and subcontracting processes and implementing effective improvements to enhance overall performance.

- Serve as a primary liaison between Subcontract Management, Category Management, PLC teams, and Contracts Compliance for government contracting activities
- Develop solicitation packages, review supplier proposals, and prepare proposal analysis files
- Create subcontract file package structures and supporting documentation to meet compliance requirements
- Ensure subcontract compliance before approval and assist with subcontract closeout activities
- Train, mentor, and support teams on subcontracting processes, standard work, and compliance execution
