The Government Solutions Post-Sales Leader at Equifax Workforce Solutions will oversee the teams that manage the entire lifecycle of post-sales support for a diverse portfolio of government projects, encompassing meticulous oversight of both implementation and post-implementation phases. The Post-Sales Leader will spearhead a dynamic team of professionals, strategically distributing workload to optimize efficiency and ensuring the seamless execution of project and program management processes. This role demands adept coordination of client interactions, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and the establishment of robust, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaboration with teams that monitor performance system performance, swift and effective troubleshooting to preempt potential issues, and proactive identification of opportunities to enhance service delivery.

This leadership role necessitates fostering a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders, actively seeking innovative solutions and implementing strategic plans designed to elevate both efficiency and the overall quality of service delivery.  The Post-Sales Leader plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, optimizing system performance, and ultimately ensuring the successful realization of government project objectives.

The Post Sales Leader will work a hybrid schedule, requiring Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in an Equifax office, and the flexibility to work remotely on Monday and Friday. Although we prefer someone in Reston , applicants that can work from another location will be considered.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee a team of Program Managers and System Analysts for both our Federal and State customers
  • Manage the onboarding of new Government customers, and ongoing support activities for our implemented customer base
  • Collaborate with pre-sales solutions architects and IT services teams to support our customers
  • Partner with the Product Management team to share customer feedback on product performance and identify future product enhancements
  • Encourage and assist with the collection of voice of the customer feedback.
  • Handle line management duties, including resource allocation, day-to-day issue resolution, coaching, and career development.
  • Contribute to enhancing the delivery methodology by submitting improvement ideas, collaborating with peers, and providing leadership and vision for our enhancement strategy as we continue to build our elite delivery practice.
  • Proactively identify new revenue streams with customers by increasing transactions or identifying new use cases.
  • Manage multiple projects, often as bundled streams of work under various portfolios.
  • Share best-practice guidance with other staff on project finances, detailed project schedules, business cases, project management plans, status reports, and executive briefings.
  • Lead steering committee presentations to senior executives or partners and serve as a primary point of contact with senior members of our most strategic and high value customers.
  • Assist with proposal development for Federal and state client RFPs
  • Participate in and support Sales Executives, sales strategies, and sales calls
     

What Experience You Need:

  • 5+ years in a Program Management, PMO, or related environment in a highly complex business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

What Could Set You Apart:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • MBA & PMP, preferred
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and implementation of data driven solutions.
  • Proven communication skills with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Experience in Government procurement and writing winning Local Government competitive proposals.
  • Ability to utilize influence in a matrix organization to produce results.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills  
  • Technology: Expert in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, Financial Reporting, and Project management tools.
