The role of Governance Senior Analyst sits in the Governance team within Global Procurement and Vendor Management, working with senior stakeholders to drive strategy development, policy ownership, performance oversight, and compliance across Procurement and Vendor Management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Procurement related policy document lifecycle, including drafting support, review, stakeholder consultation, and publication.
- Continuous Policy Breach management as it relates to owned documents, including screening, investigation and escalation as required to senior management.
- Development of a framework for regular maintenance with overarching policy document and subordinate documents, owned by other teams, ensuring completeness of the documentation requirements.
- Development of a framework for incorporation of Bank wide policy changes into GPVM policies, processes and controls.
- Prepare executive-level materials for leadership and contribute to strategic projects and governance enhancements.
Skills
- Understanding of procurement and third‑party management lifecycles, with practical insight into core procurement processes preferred.
- Experience in project delivery, in change implementation, including communications and relating influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills to evaluate governance, policy, and regulatory requirements with a high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to structure complex topics such as strategy, policy, and governance into clear, concise, and well‑organized materials.
- Stakeholder engagement and decision‑support skills to provide structured analysis, recommendations, and support to senior leaders in regulated environments.
