Job DescriptionPurpose of the Job
Manage Ocorian’s Jersey Incorporated Group entities and deliver quality service in accordance with Group compliance, governance, and risk policies.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Ocorian Group entities, ensuring high‑quality governance, compliance and risk management support.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings — prepare notices and packs, attend meetings, and produce accurate minutes.
- Maintain statutory records including minute books, workspaces and databases, ensuring information is consistently up to date.
- Complete statutory filings in line with local company law and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits with timely information and documentation.
- Ensure adoption of Group policies by local boards.
- Assist with legal entity simplification initiatives, board rationalisation, and other efficiency‑focused governance projects.
- Cleanse and maintain in‑house governance repositories and platforms.
- Collaborate with senior management locally and across the Group when required.
- Support post‑merger and acquisition activities, including ad‑hoc governance projects.
- Contribute to best‑practice sharing within the Governance community and promote process efficiencies.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Experience
- Professional or relevant qualification preferred (e.g. ICSA)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Governance, Company Secretarial, or financial services, with strong minute writing skills
- Proficient IT skills
- Experience with NAV, Board Intelligence, or SharePoint is an advantage; training available
