GOS Business Analyst-2Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst is a full-service technology resource for GOS personnel. The main focus of the team is to support the development and integrity of core business applications, the training efforts of system processes, and increase the efficiency of the user population. Team members need to effectively coordinate with GOS leadership for application support and troubleshooting issues, the coordination of additional training for users, special projects and client transitions to meet department/client needs.Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Securing the whole area of reception and its running
- Be first POC to all visitors and client staff to the reception.
- Respond to all visitor enquiries in a friendly and proactive manner.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Answering emails from external clients and employees
- General support for employees, ad hoc requests
- Sign in all visitors and issue/collect relevant security passes.
- Manage meeting room bookings.
- Taxi bookings for staff and visitors
- Maintain the delegate/visitor system.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Carry out Meeting room checks, for tidiness and operational use.
- Logging of facilities tickets. (Facilities services requests tool)
- Escalate customer calls to appropriate managers and escalations team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the FM team.
- Support the Facilities team as required.
- Coordinating mail flow in and out of office, managing mailroom
- Support in the event of an office evacuation.
Personal attributes
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree
- Communicative level of English (daily use)
- Experience in a similar role (reception, administration, back office) is a plus
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive attitude towards work, attention to detail, ability to adapt to dynamic environment, and reliability
- Attention to detail during periods of high workload.
