We’re seeking a talented Google Ads Specialist to design and refine PPC campaigns, drive outstanding performance, and cultivate strong relationships with our clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns that generate traffic, attract leads, and boost conversions.
  • Performance Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign metrics, fine-tune targeting, update ad copy, and adjust budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Industry Insight: Keep informed about the latest Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure our campaigns stay ahead of the curve.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients by sharing performance updates, explaining strategy improvements, and advising on growth opportunities.
  • Data Reporting: Produce comprehensive performance reports that provide clear, actionable insights to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work in close partnership with our marketing team to integrate PPC strategies into our broader marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership: Manage a small team of marketing professionals, ensuring the team meets campaign objectives while promoting a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

  • Google Ads Mastery: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across diverse client portfolios.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions to elevate campaign performance.
  • Client Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client trust and engagement.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive professional who consistently stays ahead of market trends and is committed to continual campaign improvement.
  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset that supports integration with overall marketing strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related digital marketing tools.
