Our client is a fast-growing AdTech startup with two years on the market, helping advertisers reduce their spending on Google and Bing Search ads. The company offers a small, close-knit team where each person can directly influence the product.
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will set up, restructure, launch, and optimize Google Search and Microsoft Search campaigns using the company’s internal optimization tools. Your day-to-day work will primarily involve Excel, internal tools, and advertising accounts. You’ll bring a solid understanding of Google Search advertising and receive training on the company’s tools to help you start managing client accounts quickly.

What makes you a great fit- 6+ months of hands-on experience running Google Ads Search campaigns
- Solid grasp of campaign structure, keyword analysis, match types, negatives and bid strategies (CPC, CPA and others)
- Confident Google Ads Editor user
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables and VLOOKUP are essential
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Experience with brand Search campaigns
- Microsoft Ads
- Set up, restructure, launch and optimize Google Search and Microsoft Search campaigns
- Manage keyword structures, search terms and negatives
- Monitor performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, Impression Share) and diagnose issues
- Operate and configure our internal optimization tool
- Validate campaign data and catch anomalies
- Help develop and test new features
- Occasionally write short client updates or answer client questions in writing (all messages are reviewed through our internal chat; no client calls)

Skills Required
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience running Google Ads Search campaigns
- Understanding of campaign structure, keyword analysis, match types, negative keywords, and bid strategies including CPC and CPA
- Confident use of Google Ads Editor
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Good spoken and written English
- Russian language proficiency
- Experience with brand Search campaigns
- Microsoft Ads experience
