About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Metal/Gold Crown Finishing Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This role involves finishing and polishing metal and gold dental crowns to meet precision and aesthetic standards. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to a growing, digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah.
What You'll Do
Finish, contour, and polish metal and gold crowns to meet dental specifications.
Ensure completed crowns meet client prescriptions and quality standards.
Identify and resolve workflow or equipment issues in a fast-paced lab.
Uphold strict quality standards and improve processes.
Collaborate with team members to address production bottlenecks.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced setting.
1-3 years of experience in dental lab or small metal finishing role
Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good vision.
Ability to work with digital tools and technology.
Team-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving.
Bonus Points For
Experience in dental labs, especially with fixed metal restorations.
Positive attitude and a sense of humor.
