Golang Software Engineer

Integra Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our development team.
Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Software Developer to join our team, with a primary focus on debugging, supporting, and enhancing existing applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience and strong programming skills in either C# or Java or Golang, along with solid SQL proficiency in MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing software applications.
• Maintaining applications built in micro-services architecture
• Analyze legacy code and enhance existing systems for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement bug fixes, security patches, and system updates in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business analysts and support teams to understand user-reported issues and develop effective solutions.
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation related to application updates and fixes.
• Perform impact analysis and regression testing for system changes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development and application support.
• Strong programming skills in C# or Java or Golang.
• Quick learner who has to ability to learn Golang
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries, with experience in MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience maintaining and improving legacy systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with debugging tools and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of software change management and release processes.
• Familiarity with logging frameworks and error tracking tools.
• Exposure to ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
