- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Go/Golang.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Good exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with gRPC/Protobuf and distributed systems is an added advantage.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
