About you:You’ll help keep our Global Operations Centre (GOC) running smoothly while shaping how it grows. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and making things happen across teams. You’re comfortable working closely with senior leaders and turning big ideas into clear, practical actions.In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, working in a Chief of Staff capacity. You’ll help drive alignment, governance, business planning and execution across the GOC — making sure priorities are clear and progress is visible.You care about people as much as performance. You know a great employee experience leads to better outcomes, and you’re motivated to create an environment where teams can thrive. You’re confident using data, but you always connect it back to real business impact.Day-to-day, you will:• Bring teams together by working closely with functional leads and the Managing Director, keeping priorities aligned and work moving forward.
• Keep a clear operating rhythm across the GOC, including weekly leadership check-ins, monthly reviews and quarterly planning.
• Turn data into insight by building and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and sharing clear updates with leadership.
• Lead key GOC initiatives, making sure plans stay on track, risks are managed early and outcomes are delivered on time.
Your skills and experiences might also include:• Experience working in a global delivery centre or shared services environment.
• Familiarity with software as a service (SaaS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) delivery models.
• Exposure to large transformation programmes, such as digital or artificial intelligence adoption.
• Knowledge of the Romanian tech market and what helps attract and retain talent in Timişoara.
