• Keep a clear operating rhythm across the GOC, including weekly leadership check-ins, monthly reviews and quarterly planning.
• Turn data into insight by building and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and sharing clear updates with leadership.
• Lead key GOC initiatives, making sure plans stay on track, risks are managed early and outcomes are delivered on time.Your skills and experiences might also include:• Experience working in a global delivery centre or shared services environment.
• Familiarity with software as a service (SaaS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) delivery models.
• Exposure to large transformation programmes, such as digital or artificial intelligence adoption.
• Knowledge of the Romanian tech market and what helps attract and retain talent in Timişoara.
