Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead, manage, and inspire a team of 7-8 sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have prior B2B sales experience in digital products, including websites, domains, or digital subscriptions. The role requires a highly sales-driven and proactive individual who can implement the company’s sales strategies while ensuring continuous team improvement through performance monitoring and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management: Inspire, manage, and oversee a team of 7-8 aggressive sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and drive the firm’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • B2B Sales & Client Engagement: Lead sales efforts for digital products, including websites, domains, and recurring digital subscriptions.
  • Sales Communication: Craft compelling sales messaging and communications to effectively convey the value of our products and services to prospects and existing clients.
  • Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Audit sales calls and emails to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies to drive informed sales efforts.
  • Target Achievement: Be highly results-driven, ensuring both individual and team targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in a senior sales or managerial role.
  • Experience in selling websites, domains, or digital products is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills to craft and deliver effective sales messaging.
  • Analytical mindset to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
