About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Go To Market Systems Manager to oversee the strategy and execution of our Go To Market (GTM) systems. This role requires a leader who can partner with GTM leaders to understand their needs and design, deliver and manage the system architecture that will support their ability to execute and the ability to maintain accurate and reliable data for all departments. The ideal candidate will be able to document and manage strategy, delegate and work through team members where appropriate, and also execute tasks where needed. Must have a strong sense of ownership and accountability along with a desire to collaborate with others and prioritize in accordance with impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our GTM systems architecture.
  • Manage and optimize the integration of systems like: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ChiliPiper, FiveTran, Tableau, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective use of systems in achieving business objectives.
  • Lead the execution of system configurations, data migrations, and integrations.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our GTM systems remain cutting-edge.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing GTM systems and platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ChiliPiper, FiveTran, Tableau, etc.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and integration strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
