POSITION SUMMARY
The Go-to-Market team is seeking a GTM Strategy Senior Advisor who is strategic, has excellent communication skills, handles ambiguity well, and can support moving a product from development through launch. We are looking for the right candidate skilled at providing useful direction on product components, storytelling, synthesizing complex solutions into distillable materials to support the successful launch and sell through process.
This position will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional partners on platform positioning, internal and external communications in addition to other items that may arise around a product market launch. In addition, emphasis will be placed on GTM readiness and buyer enablement to best position the product organization for speed to market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Align stakeholders on goals, milestones, and resources needed to effectively deploy a GTM Strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the sales and account management teams with product launches and product enhancements. Support increasing product knowledge, developing buyer enablement materials and providing guidance needed to drive the successful sale of our solutions.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for improvements in GTM planning and strategy
- Partner with Competitive Intelligence and Market Insights teams to compile relevant supportive materials to help sales and account management sell and win in the market
- Build trusted advisory partnerships across the enterprise to maintain alignment on enterprise goals and objectives, especially conveying the Evernorth voice
- Maintain brand standards across all internal and external content with a high attention to detail
- Establish and maintain internal communication channels to align GTM, Marketing, Product, and other cross functional partners as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree highly desired, MBA preferred
- Must have 5 or more years of experience in product management, sales, or related marketing, strategy, or healthcare services fields.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), especially with the ability to work with executives, clients and broad teams; tailoring communication per audience
- A self-starter with advanced problem-solving skills who has the initiative to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results
- Comfortable integrating data and financials into marketing materials and communication
- Ability to prioritize and balance workload accordingly, detail-oriented and proactive
- Healthcare or PBM experience is a plus
- Understanding of supply chain economics or desire to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
