As GTM / Partnerships Intern, you’ll build the partnerships engine that fuels our growth.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as business development, sales, customer success or consulting
Extraordinary drive, strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of self-motivation
Natural connector who proactively builds and develops relationships with customers, partners and team members
You keep things running smoothly - highly organized, structured, and always two steps ahead
You communicate with clarity and impact - building trust, inspiring confidence, and making complex ideas sound simple
German and English at a professional level
It’s a plus if you have prior experience with startups, VC or within other fast-paced work environments

You build an automated workflow that calculates and transfers commissions with precision - no friction, no delays
You collaborate closely with our leadership team and bring them into senior-level partnership conversations that move the needle
