How do we win over completely new households? That's the question you'll tackle as Go to Market Manager Acquisition in the Acquisition team, part of the Telenet Commercial Tribe. Your mission is clear: attract and convert brand-new customers to Telenet's fixed, mobile and Digital TV products. By turning market and customer insights into targeted acquisition campaigns, you'll grow our residential and Small Office Home Office base and deliver measurable commercial impact.
As Go to Market Manager Acquisition in the Commercial Tribe, you design and execute strategies that bring new households into the Telenet base. Together with data analysts and marketing specialists, you turn acquisition opportunities into winning propositions.

Your responsibilities as a Go to Market Manager Acquisition
  • Acquisition focus: Build and execute initiatives that attract new households and small businesses to Telenet's fixed, mobile and Digital TV products.
  • New customer growth: Identify and unlock acquisition opportunities that drive net-add growth and market share.
  • Budget ownership: Manage the performance of your segment, monitor KPIs (e.g. cost-per-acquisition and activation), and align with Finance & Sales to deliver on forecasts.
  • Go-to-market strategy: Develop 360° acquisition plans – from positioning, promo frameworks and pricing tactics to campaign execution and onboarding of new customers.
  • Performance marketing: Use performance marketing and data-driven insights to reach and convert prospects at the right moment.
  • E-share ambition: Take co-ownership of our e-share ambition in acquisition.
  • Insights & positioning: Translate market and customer insights into sharp positioning and winning propositions that set our acquisition offers apart.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Care, Product, MarCom and Digital teams to ensure integrated, effective acquisition campaigns.

Our Ideal Go to Market Manager Acquisition
  • You bring 7–10 years’ experience in go-to-market, commercial or product management.
  • You hold a master’s degree in business/economics (or equivalent experience).
  • Your background is a strong fit if you come from go-to-market, brand or product management – for example as a (senior) Brand Manager – ideally in Telco, Energy or FMCG.
  • Analytical skills are a must: you have a genuine love for data & numbers, and you combine analytical strength with commercial drive to spot acquisition opportunities and translate them into action.
  • You are a performance marketer at heart: you steer campaigns on data-driven insights and hard KPIs (e.g. cost-per-acquisition, conversion and net-adds) and continuously optimise for impact.
  • You are a strategic and creative commercial thinker: you pair analytical rigour with sharp brand and marketing instinct to turn insights into compelling, conversion-driving propositions.
  • You have a strong digital mindset: you think digital-first and understand how digital channels drive acquisition. You don't need to operate the tools yourself – you set the direction and steer our e-share ambition together with the digital journey managers who execute it.
  • You speak and write fluently in Dutch or French, and English.
