We are looking for a Go-To-Market Junior Specialist to join our Go-To-Market & Sales Capabilities 

Department at the Company’s Headquarter in Genoa – Italy.

Go-to-Market Strategy

You will identify, synthesize, and translate product USPs into compelling commercial messages.

You will develop go-to-market approaches, new tools and materials to support sales performance

Project Management

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations and you will coordinate creative agencies and internal stakeholders in content development to ensure consistent and impactful communication tools.

Public Speaking Skills

You will act as spokesperson during cascading meetings , ensuring consistency and alignment across different markets and channels.

Knowledge & Tools Management

You will support the update of internal knowledge management systems and tools

What makes you unique:

  • 1-3  years of experience in Marketing, Go-To-Market, or Trade Marketing roles in structured environments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or Tourism
  • Experience in content and asset creation 
  • Experience with creative agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to identify USPs
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, 
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) and SharePoint knowledge are a plus
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availabity to travel

Your employment

Maternity leave replacement contract, full-time, hybrid.

Salary range:  28.500 - 30.000 €  based on skills and professional experience and individual scheme.
