About the Team
FIS Payments Network is powered by a dedicated team of experts focused on expanding the reach of our debit network brands – NYCE, CULIANCE, AFFN and Jeanie. We're seeking passionate payments professionals to help position FIS as the leading and most trusted partner in national debit networks.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Director of Go-to-Market, you will lead the development and execution of commercialization and GTM initiatives across FIS’ Owned Network portfolio, including NYCE, CULIANCE, AFFN and Jeanie. You will oversee a team dedicated to driving sales and strategic engagement with large corporates, acquirers, ISOs, and PayFacs, ensuring strong market positioning and revenue growth for our network solutions.
- Influence cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with client-facing executives and product teams.
- Lead and grow the GTM team through strategic planning, sales enablement, and innovative deal structuring.
- Establish priorities and sales strategies aligned with business objectives and financial targets.
- Deliver strategic insights through data analysis to guide business planning and execution.
- Oversee sales proposal development and guide data-driven decision-making to address business opportunities.
- Select, develop, and manage GTM and financial modeling talent for operational excellence.
- Foster strong collaboration with Sales and executive leadership to drive revenue and growth.
- Continuously improve sales pitches, deal processes, and pricing models.
- Stay ahead of payment innovation trends and advise leadership on product development opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- 10–15 years of experience in payments, ideally within card payment networks or solutions (e.g., merchant, acquirer processing, issuer processing, issuing ISOs), with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Proven experience managing B2B sales pipelines and optimizing pricing models and proposal strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform complex data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects.
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Results-driven and ROI-focused, with the ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Executive presence with powerful communication skills, effectively influencing and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- Combined B2B sales operations leadership and payment product strategy experience.
- Prior experience in management consulting and/or investment banking.
