Within the Consumer Goods Sales and Marketing team we are recruiting for a high calibre graduate to join our office based in Manchester, UK to help shape the future at Essity.
The GO! Program is a great way to start to use those skills you have learned and put them to the test in a real job with real responsibilities, while you take the driver’s seat in your development. If you are an ambitious person looking to make an impact, this is the role for you!

What You Will Do
At Essity, graduates challenge the status quo and drive change, positively impacting the business and global hygiene and health. The selected individual will develop skills and knowledge through rotations within the UK Consumer Goods business. Experiences will include working with customer-facing teams to drive brand presence with retail partners or in consumer marketing teams to bring our brands to life.
The GO! Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, processes and tools, develop functional as well as leadership competencies while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree required
- Maximum 24 months of work experience post-graduation
- Relevant internships are beneficial
- Interest in fast-moving consumer goods
- Excellent English proficiency
- Passion for diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to travel and relocate (role based in Manchester, UK)
- Self-developing, curious, and solution-oriented
- Ability to inspire others
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Adaptability is essential
