This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions.

Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

- Deliver assigned Insurance projects spanning areas such as claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation and so on. expertise in Insurance value chain
- Support the leadership in business development and drafting appropriate responses to win new business for Accenture
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and help the team liaison with other groups for successful project delivery
- Build and leverage network within Accenture to bring the best of Accenture capabilities to the client
- Help grow the practice and attract the best talent
- Support asset development, contribute to thought leadership, staffing needs, and capacity building

- Strong consulting and technology acumen
- Expertise in insurance value chain spanning distribution, underwriting, policy, customer service
- Expertise in at least one of the LoBs (Life, P&C), and/ or sub-LOBs (worker’s comp, property, specialty, etc.)
- Good client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle
- Ability to produce high calibre reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators
- Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Relevant experience in the required domain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Industry certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII, desirable
- Functional certifications in analytics, machine learning, automation, desirable
- International work experience, and/or transferable work permit for countries like US or UK, would be a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Alteryx
- Experience in delivering complex transformation programs in Insurance would be preferred
- Experience in or around one or more among the following areas:
- Intelligent operations
- Intelligent Automation
- Platform implementation (Duck Creek, Guidewire or Salesforce)
- Analytics and machine learning
- Group/ Employee Benefits
- Digital strategy, digital marketing, customer experience
