The team has accountability for achieving revenue targets, operational perfection, and customer service excellence. It ensures that natural gas flow requests are met daily on a timely and accurate basis for all Enbridge Gas customers and suppliers at the Dawn Hub and various pipelines.

What You Will DoIssue and confirm natural gas flow requests for Enbridge Gas customers, suppliers, and pipelines.
Validate daily gas flows on Enbridge Gas Inc. transmission pipeline interconnects, storage facilities and third-party transmission pipelines.
Prepare accurate monthly activity statements for EGI customers used for invoicing and verification of Enbridge’s gas supply and transportation invoices.
Respond to inquiries from pipelines, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure any discrepancies are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers, agents, marketers, and interconnecting pipelines.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to GMS Analysts, customers, and stakeholders.
This role requires a university degree or college diploma; business or engineering preferred OR a combination of a related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven understanding of PC applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Web browsers) required.
Ability to quickly learn information technology systems used to enable GMS business processes is an asset.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines is desired.
Previous scheduling experience or comparable industry experience would be an asset.
Availability and willingness to work day and evening rotations including weekends and an on-call schedule. Sample rotations: day (8:00 am-5:00 pm), evening (2:00 pm – 11:00 pm), weekend (10:00 am – 11:00 pm).
