Job Description SummaryThe Janitorial Supervisor is a position within the line of operations at C&W SERVICES. The incumbent is responsible for the supervision, operation and performance of all janitorial, transportation and administrative services, consisting of the (3) personnel or more.Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining adherence to customer quality requirements
- Work with management staff with personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance
- Work with management staff in the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate methods and procedures for operations personnel
- Interface with customer representatives to assure that service delivery/quality is satisfactory
- Interface with Manager relative to personnel administration, budgetary requirements, and customer issues
- Establish and maintain supplies and materials
- All SOPs must be followed
- Ensures team performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas
- Performs all cleaning assignments in accordance with BI’s approved procedures
- Maintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Manager or Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessary
- Maintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas
- Works safely at all times and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions existing in the work area
- Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience associated with building services activities
- Supervisory/business training, preferably at college level
- Desire to exceed and a service attitude relative to customer needs
- Proficient in reading and writing
- MS office preferred

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $64,532.00 - $75,920.00
