What You’ll Do

As a GMC Sales Consultant, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be the person who helps customers find the right vehicle, experience the latest GMC technology, and feel confident in their purchase.
You’ll connect with customers through online leads, phone calls, walk-in traffic, trade shows, community events, and your professional network. From the first conversation to post-sale follow-up, you’ll own the customer experience and build relationships that keep customers coming back.
In This Role, You Will:
- Create an experience customers remember through engaging, hands-on vehicle demonstrations showcasing the latest GMC technology, features, and capabilities
- Become a product expert by continuously building your knowledge of GMC vehicles and confidently presenting the benefits and solutions that fit each customer
- Help customers make informed decisions by explaining financing options, warranties, and service plans
- Build your sales pipeline using CRM tools while keeping customer information accurate and up to date
- Build relationships that last with both new and existing customers
- Stay in the know on inventory, promotions, new products, and industry trends
- Get out in the community by representing the dealership at trade shows, community events, and other lead-generating activities
- Keep the relationship going after the sale through timely follow-up and exceptional customer service
- Work with your team to win by collaborating with leadership and dealership teammates to achieve individual and dealership goals
- Keep growing through ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

- Support the dealership wherever needed by performing other duties as assigned

- Strong willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development
