Keywords Studios is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager of Product and Go-to-Market Strategy to join the Globalize Division. This newly created role reflects an increasingly complex operating environment and evolving client needs. The successful candidate will lead their produce offerings across Localization & QA help to drive the broader Product strategy across Globalize and Keywords, and be responsible for the commercial performance of Globalize and related products.
- Clear alignment of the product roadmap with the Division’s
strategic goals - Develop and execute a forward- looking Product Strategy for Globalize evolving the department from a human first Localization and QA offering to a market leading technology enhanced service (with horizons to potential standalone SaaS product)
- Work closely with the emerging Data Team to ensure Insights are available at all stages of production
- Ensure the Globalize roadmap supports Keyword’s strategic vision of expanding our market share
- Champion existing products and spearhead the identification
and introduction of new products and solutions that align with and anticipate
clients’ changing needs. - Work closely with production, engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and GTM.
- Foster a collaborative environment that aligns all teams with the product vision and goals.
Requirements
- Multimarket experience is essential.
- Track record of developing and implementing robust commercial GTM strategies, including market modelling, positioning, pricing, and future revenue streams.
- Evidence of driving operational excellence, especially focused on cross-functional collaboration.
- Having working knowledge operating with offshore teams will be additive given the current structure.
- Evidence of deep technological affinity with AI driven products and evolving technologies in QA or Localization
- While not necessary, ideally have some knowledge of the gaming sector.
