We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to support key projects in Germany. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the technical side of projects and being close to the work. You’ll drive projects forward day to day, working closely with a Senior Project Manager and taking ownership of execution – keeping things moving, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
In this role, you will:
- Own and drive workplace project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to JetBrains’ standards.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, planning, budgeting, and scheduling in collaboration with Senior Project Managers.
- Actively manage budgets, schedules, and risks, taking ownership of resolving issues and keeping projects on track.
- Coordinate communication, meetings, and reporting with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, zoning, and building regulations.
- Take a hands-on approach to delivery – driving tasks forward, solving issues, and maintaining consistent project progress.
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and department initiatives.
- Travel to project locations to support key decisions, oversee milestones (e.g. inspections and handovers), and maintain strong collaboration with partners.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in construction or workplace project delivery, with a strong understanding of technical coordination, documentation, and implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to act quickly and decisively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and German proficiency, particularly within the construction sector.
- Proficiency in office software, project planning tools, timelines, Miro, Excel, and CAD.
Why join JetBrains?

- Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
- Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
- Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
- Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
- Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
- Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
- Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
- Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
- Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
- Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
