The Team
The Global Value & Access Lead will drive the development, roll-out and execution of global value strategy, value communication and patient access strategy for growth brands across the Mundipharma portfolio. This role will focus primarily on continued successful patient access for Rezzayo, with additional support as required for other Mundipharma established growth brands.
Partnering with Medical and Commercial cross-functional partners, the Global Value & Access Lead will drive the execution of value strategy by country colleagues (or directly / with vendor support, where necessary), to deliver on-target pricing and reimbursement outcomes at national, regional and local levels in-country for launch and mature brands, plus successful account-level payer engagement driving patient access and uptake.
Role and Responsibilities
Global Value & Access Strategy Owner
Lead the development of global value and access strategies across growth assets.
Drive global payer research to uncover value drivers and inform access planning.
Oversee development of global value tools (dossiers, models, objection handlers) to support reimbursement submissions worldwide.
Lead and Drive Execution
Ensure effective local execution by enabling strategic payer engagement and account-level access strategies.
Design and deliver access capability programmes including training, mock negotiations, and best practice sharing.
Champion a culture of excellence and collaboration within regional and local teams.
Matrix Leadership and Influence
Serve as a key cross-functional partner across Market Access, Medical, and Marketing ("3M").
Shape global R&D and commercial strategies with a pricing and access lens.
Collaborate with the Pricing & Tender Centre of Excellence to design evidence-based pricing strategies.
Inform and support evidence generation planning from a payer perspective.
Lead an Insights-Driven Culture
Proactively monitor healthcare policy changes, pricing reforms and market dynamics in key global markets.
Ensure value and access strategies are future-ready and competitive.
Opportunity Maximisation
Conduct strategic pricing and reimbursement assessments to inform geographic expansion, licensing and BD opportunities.
Utilise external and internal insights to guide value-based decisions and long-term asset strategy.
What you’ll bring
Deep Market Access & HTA Expertise – Proven ability to lead global access planning and execution, with technical understanding of HTA principles, pricing research, and evidence requirements.
Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology Experience - Direct Infectious Disease/Anti-Infectives therapy area experience would be ideal, Speciality Care / Rare Disease area experience would also be advantageous
Strategic Thinker & Internal Architect – Experience translating payer insights into impactful strategies that support both patient outcomes and commercial success
Influential Communicator & Cross-Functional Leader – Strong communicator with the ability to lead across matrix teams and influence internal/external stakeholders at all levels
Payer Engagement Expertise – Skilled in engaging diverse payer audiences, supporting local negotiations, and advocating for policy shaping initiatives
Analytical & Insights-Oriented – Experienced in managing research, due diligence, and horizon scanning to inform access and pricing recommendations
Access Capability Builder – Adept at designing and delivering training, negotiation tools, and objection handling resources to strengthen local access execution
Compliance Focused – Demonstrated understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks across geographies, with the ability to ensure all outputs meet ethical and legal standards
