Global Treasury Operations Manager

The Global Treasury Operations Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving global treasury operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and best-in-class performance across the organization. This role oversees critical treasury processes, develops and maintains treasury policies and operating procedures, and drives the optimization of treasury systems and technologies. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and external providers to enhance operational effectiveness, support business objectives, and ensure strong governance. The Global Treasury Operations Manager also champions continuous improvement by leveraging industry best practices, fostering strategic relationships, and leading initiatives that strengthen treasury operations, controls, and service delivery.Where You'll Make a Difference

• Drive and optimize global treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash positioning, liquidity management, and settlement activities across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls that support a compliant and high-performing operating environment.
• Lead initiatives to enhance treasury systems, technologies, and reporting capabilities, driving automation and operational excellence.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners, to improve treasury processes and strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Oversee risk management activities by ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance requirements.
• Lead treasury-related projects, including technology implementations, process improvements, and M&A integration activities.
• Provide insightful reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and treasury performance monitoring.
• Build, develop, and mentor treasury teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, cash management, financial analysis, or related financial functions.
• Strong expertise in global treasury operations, cash management, liquidity structures, and banking processes.
• Deep understanding of financial risk management, compliance frameworks, and international treasury regulations.
• Experience with treasury management systems and financial technologies.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change.

• Professional treasury or finance certifications such as CTP, AMCT, CRMP, or CPA.
