- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, cash management, financial analysis, or related financial functions.
- Strong expertise in global treasury operations, cash management, liquidity structures, and banking processes.
- Deep understanding of financial risk management, compliance frameworks, and international treasury regulations.
- Experience with treasury management systems and financial technologies.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
