Job Description
The Global Treasury Manager will play an integral role in managing FX risk associated with Teledyne’s global revenues, expenses, and balance sheet positions. This role will also provide analytics and support for various corporate treasury activities (for example, internal and external financings, decision-making analyses, preparation of materials for executive review, etc.).
This is a high visibility role offering opportunities for the successful candidate to manage financial risk in a global company and learn how the capital markets interact with the company’s operations. A key part of this role involves partnering with the broader finance function, our various business units, and external partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of the Corporate Treasury team, you will:
Build and continually enhance all aspects of our FX hedging program including strategies, policies and systems/operations, performance and risk metrics
Manage a portfolio of derivatives hedging balance sheet and cash flow exposures, including the preparation of hedging strategy recommendations, executing the approved strategy, and reporting results
Manage relationships with FX trading counterparties and outside vendors
Support various treasury projects, from analysis to execution, interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Support other stakeholders (e.g., business controllers, corporate accounting, tax, other) with hedging analysis/expertise
Participate in special projects as needed
Assist in the preparation of SEC disclosures related to foreign currency derivatives
Ensure compliance activities are performed according to Teledyne’s policies and internal control environment
Qualifications & Competencies

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
5+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience (specific focus on FX hedging, capital markets, or liquidity management preferred)
