To support our continued growth and success, we are looking for a:
Global Trade Compliance Analyst
As the Global Trade Compliance Analyst, you will support the Compliance Director in ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and customs requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our global compliance framework, with a strong focus on trade compliance, while also contributing to broader compliance initiatives across the organization.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of global customs and trade compliance processes.
- Conducting classification and valuation of goods in accordance with international customs regulations.
- Monitoring and interpreting changes in trade legislation and advising relevant stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development and optimization of internal procedures and manuals related to trade compliance.
- Collaborating with departments such as Tax, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, and Engineering to ensure integrated compliance practices.
- Preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Supporting training and awareness initiatives on trade compliance topics across the organization.
- Liaising with customs brokers, logistics providers, and government authorities to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Contributing to risk assessments and mitigation strategies related to global trade activities.
Requirements:
- A university-level education or equivalent working and thinking level.
- 3–5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including classification, valuation, and origin rules.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
- Experience with compliance tools and ERP systems is a plus.
What do we offer?
This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.700 to € 5.600 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
