About the Role

In this role, you will help deliver and support global Total Rewards programs through disciplined operations, analysis, and governance. You will be part of a team that enables the successful execution of compensation, equity, benefits, and financial operations programs across a global organization. Your work will contribute to the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of key processes by supporting reporting, financial analysis, vendor coordination, compliance activities, and operational controls. Working closely with Human Resources, Finance, shared services teams, external partners, and centers of expertise, you will help ensure consistent program delivery within established governance frameworks. You will play a key role in maintaining data quality, supporting audits and reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping drive operational excellence across global Total Rewards programs.


How You Will Contribute
  • Execute global Total Rewards processes within established governance frameworks and operational controls.
  • Support annual programs and initiatives by coordinating recurring cycles and ad hoc activities across assigned areas.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Workday and third-party systems through validation, monitoring, and controls.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support leadership decisions, operational reviews, reconciliations, and management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and effective program execution and service delivery.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities by assessing risks, control gaps, and remediation actions.
  • Maintain process documentation and audit materials to support compliance, governance, and operational consistency.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing data, documentation, and governance-related information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a global and matrixed business environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Demonstrated accountability, collaboration, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
