IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR As Global Total Rewards manager you play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing the global compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce.

  • Building an unrivaled Total Rewards experience
  • Take active lead in the design of global compensation & benefits programs/policies, including various incentive programs.
  • Collect input and guidance from critical decision makers and stakeholders underlying the design respectively the deployment of programs and policies.
  • Perform global level analyses of competitive total rewards practices to ensure competitive positioning of programs and policies, as well as consistent application across business groups, countries, and regions.
  • Being responsible for implementation and roll out of all designs including process maps, functional design aspects, roles and responsibilities and communication strategies. Program & Process Management
  • Manage, consolidate and oversee recurrent compensation processes including annual year end compensation (including STI), annual merit-setting process, promotions and other adjustments.
  • Working closely with our benefits broker on managing and optimizing of our benefit packages around the globe. Monitor and oversee end-to-end service delivery including admin aspects, transactions, and data handling, within the target operating model. Being actively involved in our programs’ compliance and reporting obligations.
  • Perform Job Evaluations via our tested job evaluation methodologies.
  • Provide expert consultation with respect to compensation matters such as more complicated hiring offers, issue resolution, year-end compensation process, award and recognition process, sales incentives, and retention issues.
  • Being actively involved in works council and union alignments.
  • Partner with Leadership, HR Business Partners, Regional TR Leads and HRSS specialists on design and deployment of global compensation tools and ways of working, training & education, change management and communication, compliance and reporting, monitoring of execution of our programs.
  • Manage external relations with advisors as well as being actively involved in works council and union alignment procedures. Keep abreast of TR developments via networking, conferences, bench marking, analysis of trends and share with the TR team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Total Rewards;
  • Very good analytical thinking, problem solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Experience in working with ATS Solutions, MS office; Self-motivated, ability to work independently as part of a global team
  • Capable of effectively prioritizing and organizing workload; A pioneering spirit Proficiency in HR software and tool and strong Excel skills
  • This global role can be full time or part time (4 days per week) with flexible working (WFH) based in Geleen (NL)

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Total Rewards
  • Very good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
