Job Purpose

You will play a pivotal role as Technical Expert for Automation Platform in automating and optimizing infrastructure, applications, and workflows across our cloud and on-prem environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that improve the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery. Over-see the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, and reliability.
• Automation of service deployments and management to enable modern delivery flows including DevOps and SRE with a goal of providing efficiency. flexibility and speed at the lowest aggregate cost.
• Design and deploy technology solutions and/or act as L4 support during major and critical incidents.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• Build and Deploy End to End Automation solutions for deploying Infrastructure Resources (Compute \ Containers \ Storage \ Network \ Database \ Security) on-prem and Public Cloud.
• Ensure best-in-class support for Automation Platform technologies across the company not only in the IT infrastructure area but also providing services and solutions to all application teams onboarding and leveraging these technologies.
• Responsible for timely delivery of assigned activities. Responsible to track efficient delivery of projects, Contribute to service / platform strategy development
• Follow established standardized design and development processes & Over-see the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, and reliability.
• Utilizing our qualification frameworks to implement, run and optimize our Automation Solutions in a compliant and continuous way to ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.

Key performance indicators:

• Stable, compliant, secure and cost-effective operations measured by Availability, Performance, Capacity Metrics along with continuous cost reductions YOY
• Learning Agility, Ability to evaluate and launch new services & capabilities.
• Services are managed within SLA/OLA KPIs
• Process and compliance setup is applied and adhered.
• Responsiveness and Recovery Speed of critical incidents / issues in business.
• Automation led Programmable Infrastructure and Platform Services.
• Productivity gains and defect reduction through continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT automation in both on-prem and cloud deployment building pipelines\workflows with a focus on Aria Automation\ Orchestrator \ Ansible or similar technology.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash) leveraging efficient & secure design principles.
• Experience with System Integrations using Rest API for IT Tools landscape to Deliver End User Automated Solutions.
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform, various modules and playbooks.
• Experience working in on-premises infrastructure (VMware vSphere \ Nutanix AHV) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Version Control Systems.
• Track record in delivering on time, quality and budget.

Skills:

• Expertise in infrastructure automation, configuration management, and cloud provisioning.
• System Integrations with IT Tools landscape to Deliver End User Automated Solutions.
• Deep understanding of networking, storage, and security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills & Project Management.
