Duties / Responsibilities of this position: 
  • In partnership with Product Management, develop, write, and edit a wide range of technical content, including: 
  • Product documentation and technical datasheets 
  • Application guides and whitepapers 
  • Sales enablement materials (presentations, brochures, case studies) 
  • Website and digital content 
  • Internal training materials 
  • Partner with engineering, R&D, and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging 
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content reflects global consistency while addressing local market needs 
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of technical messaging across all communication channels 
  • Support product launches by creating coordinated, high-impact technical content aligned with marketing and commercial strategies 
  • Manage the relationship with L&L Products’ PR agency, including: 
  • Serving as the primary day-to-day contact 
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of PR opportunities (press releases, thought leadership, media outreach) 
  • Coordinating technical input and approvals for external communications 
  • Ensuring alignment between PR activities and overall communications strategy 
  • Maintain and manage a centralized library of technical materials and ensure version control 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitive positioning to enhance content relevance 
  • Work closely with the broader Communications team to align technical content with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards 

 

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field 
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical content development, preferably in manufacturing, materials, automotive, or industrial sectors 
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills 
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools
