Working across PR HQ, E&A affiliates and Tech teams, this role is a vital member of the Tech Finance team, delivering reporting and analysis for the global Tech function.
Your key missions?
You participate to the rolling forecast process, including analysis on opex, capex and Tech projects.
You share outputs with affiliate Finance teams.
You participate to the publication of the monthly financial reporting for both opex and capex.
You coordinate 3-year capex plan process (where required)
You adhere to calendar of financial reporting deadlines, collecting requirements/deadlines from each stakeholder and set up internal milestones to achieve them.
You help to manage any international taxation requirements including the annual recharge of IT costs to relevant PR affiliates.
You build and maintain relationship with E&A affiliates and PR HQ and be an active member of the Tech Finance work stream (Tech and Finance).
Budget and forecast phases:
You manage cost collection through use of IT Financial Management applications.
You provide related documentation and education to the team.
You prepare comments on variations.
You prepare output files for communication to Finance teams in local affiliates.

You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in finance or accounting or related fields.
A previous exposure to large corporate (multi-country / global) business is desired.
You are attentive to detail and a strict respect of deadlines.
You are highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
You have experience interacting with various corporate profiles: technical personnel, end users, high profile executives, and outside vendors and suppliers.
You have analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
You have excellent verbal, written, planning and organisational skills.
You are proficient in English, French/ or Spanish is a plus
