We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our multinational finance team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s global tax strategy, across multiple jurisdictions including Israel, the U.S., Europe, APAC and additional international markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in international taxation, tax planning, and transfer pricing, along with hands-on experience working within a single multinational organization (in-house).
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage global corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee preparation and review of tax returns, provisions, and filings worldwide
- Develop and implement international tax planning strategies to optimize the group’s effective tax rate
- Manage and maintain transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany agreements
- Support and advise on cross-border transactions, restructurings, and M&A activities
- Work closely with external advisors (Big4 / consultants) on complex tax matters
- Lead tax audits and interactions with tax authorities globally
- Monitor changes in global tax regulations (OECD, BEPS, Pillar 2, etc.)
- Partner with finance, legal, and business teams to provide tax guidance
- Ensure strong internal controls and tax reporting processes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to embed tax considerations into business processes and decision-making
- Educate and guide internal stakeholders on tax implications, building organizational awareness of tax impact and importance
- Simplify and streamline tax-related processes to support efficient day-to-day operations
- Translate complex tax concepts into practical business insights, aligning tax strategy with business needs
What you have:
- CPA / Adv. / relevant degree in Accounting, Law, Economics, or Taxation
- 7+ years of experience in international taxation
- Strong knowledge of global tax frameworks and cross-border taxation
- Proven experience with transfer pricing and tax planning
- Familiarity with OECD guidelines, BEPS, and Pillar 2
- Experience with tax provision (ASC 740 / IAS 12) - advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
