Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Performance Management: Support global performance management framework and end-to-end cycle, ensuring simple, consistent practices aligned to business priorities. Enable adoption through clear guidance, manager enablement, communications, and continuous improvement of the employee and manager experience.
Talent Management Initiatives: Lead and deliver global talent projects across performance, talent, development, and future capability priorities. Translate talent needs into scalable solutions with clear scope, governance, milestones, and success measures.
Development Planning & Employee Growth: Define and embed a practical approach to development planning, integrated with performance, talent, and career conversations. Equip employees and managers with simple frameworks, tools, and communications that support continuous growth and future readiness.
Strategic Partnership & Insights: Partner with senior leaders and P&O Business Partners to align talent priorities with business strategy and organisational capability needs. Provide data-informed insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions on performance, talent, and development.

Ideal Background
· Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related field
· Extensive experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development in a global environment
· Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives and managing complex projects at scale
· Strong experience working with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions
· Solid understanding of performance management systems and HR technology, for example Workday
· Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and project delivery focus
· Strong project and programme management capability in complex, global environments
· Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability & Ability to lead change and drive behavioural adoption. Strong focus on simplicity, clarity, and impact
