About the Opportunity
The Global Talent Management Leader at Driscoll’s plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategy by collaborating closely with HR and various business units. This position is responsible for designing, leading and executing comprehensive talent management initiatives, including talent and succession planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee development.
The ideal candidate will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, fostering an agile and innovative culture through effective solutions that resonate globally with Driscoll’s values. This role will ensure that talent management strategies are aligned with business performance, culturally relevant, scalable, and focused on advancing our people priorities.
Responsibilities
• Develop Global Frameworks: Create and implement global frameworks, tools, and processes to facilitate effective talent management at all organizational levels.
• Lead Talent Management Processes: Oversee foundational talent management processes, including our Talent Philosophy, leadership capabilities, goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Manage the Talent Cycle: Own and enhance the Talent Cycle across the entire global organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively evaluate current talent processes, tools, and programs, identifying opportunities for simplification and enhancement.
• Collaborate with HR Experts: Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to design, develop, and deliver impactful HR initiatives and annual talent management processes.
• Implement Talent Metrics: Support the identification and implementation of talent metrics to inform strategic people decisions.
• Engage with HRBPs and Leaders: Regularly collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and organizational leaders to drive talent management initiatives that align with their business strategies.
• Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to HRBPs and Talent Partners in the effective deployment of talent management efforts.
• Data Analysis: Analyze talent data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, with a focus on enhancing diversity.
• Develop Talent Partners: Ensure globally consistent development of Talent Partners, leveraging talent processes, systems, and tools.
• Partner with HRIS Team: Collaborate with the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team to develop and execute the talent management strategy.
• Support Organizational Design: Assist HRBPs with cross-functional realignments, utilizing organizational design expertise.
• Align with Business Objectives: Partner with HRBPs to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, client groups, and strategic priorities, ensuring that talent management initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
Candidate Profile
• 8+ years’ experience in Talent Management
• BA or BS degree preferred or commensurate work experience in HR
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Workday proficiency, a plus
• Strong attention to detail, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
• Possess excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills
• Bilingual Spanish, a plus
• Travel requirement: ~10%

• Strong Human Resources acumen
• Excellent consulting, influencing, coaching, change management and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and customer service skills
• Capable of establishing professional relationships & collaborating across teams
• Experience helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale
• Experience in training peers and leaders on the effective use of people processes, systems and talent management tools
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical capabilities, effective at diagnosing organizational issues and demonstrated skills in use and application of data
• Accustomed to working in a fast-changing and dynamic environment where accountability, adaptability to change, urgency and responsiveness are valued
Compensation & Benefits:

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
Salary Range estimated for the Global Talent Management Leader: $124,000 to $167,200 USD.
