Your role
Coordinating multiple initiatives within the Talent & Leadership team, a.o.
-
Managing SharePoint Page for Talent & Leadership: Maintain and update the SharePoint page dedicated to Talent & Leadership, ensuring it serves as a central hub for resources and information.

Facilitating Global Talent & Leadership Community Calls: Organize and lead global community calls for Talent & Leadership, fostering communication and collaboration across different regions.

Planning Annual Face-to-Face Meeting Talent & Leadership CoE: Coordinate the yearly face-to-face meeting for Talent & Leadership, including planning, logistics, and execution to ensure successful and productive gatherings.

Play a role in supporting the organisation of the Annual Value Awards, overseeing all aspects of planning and execution to ensure a successful event.

Support with the launch and global rollout of Peakon, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across all regions.

Support with the deployment of all development assessments worldwide, acting as one of the central points of contact and ensuring seamless execution across regions.
Your track record
-
You have BSc degree in Human Resources, Project management and Planning or a related field.
-
You have excellent English language and communication skills.
-
You are also able to communicate at all levels of the organization.
