Overview:
Unilabs is looking for a talented and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our diverse and rapidly growing organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our company by bringing in top talent.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
· Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
· Collaborate with HR partners to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
· Proven experience using innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract passive candidates.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
· Knowledge of the Healthcare, Biotech, Medical Diagnostics sectors preferred, but not essential.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Initially, this role would be on a 6-month, potentially 12-month contract.
